The Biochef Atlas is very user-friendly. The large filling opening (diameter of 8 cm) makes it easy to fill the funnel with vegetables and fruit. While juicing, it is also possible to add the ingredients in the small filling opening.
The Atlas are supplied with 3 sieves, fine juice sieve, coarse juice sieve and dense sieve for example, the making of baby food and sorbet ice cream.
The Biochef Atlas is ideal for making juices from both hard and soft fruits and vegetables. With the BioChef Atlas Whole Juicer you make good quality juice with little pulp.
The Atlas is easy to clean. After all the juice has flowed from the juicer into the juice jug, close the juice stopper. You can now put a glass of water in the filling opening and briefly switch on the slow juicer. After this it is easy to clean the slowjuicer. Remove the juicer barrel from the motor block and open it in the sink. The sieve, squeezing screw and scraper should be cleaned with the brush provided. Do not put the parts together wet, but dry them well first.

(Geplaatst op 12-05-15). Bedankt voor de snelle service slowjuice.nl . Door de grote opening kan ik hele producten in de slowjuicer gooien. Dit maakt het toch een stuk makkelijker, dan alle fruit eerst te snijden. Het zou mooi zijn als er meerdere kleuren waren. De kwaliteit van het sap is goed :)
