Fresh and green
Celery helps lower your blood pressure. In addition, celery contains a lot of sodium and potassium, which prevents moisture accumulation.
Ingrediënten:
- Celery - 4 stems
- Green apple – 1
- Cucumber - ½
- Spinach - 2 hands
- Lemon - ½
- Fresh ginger - 1 cm
Cut the products into pieces (for a vertical slow juicer into small pieces) and add them one by one. Alternate softer things with hard / fibrous products. All vegetables are pressed raw. The amount of the ingredients can be adjusted to your personal taste.
Juice from a slow juicer has a shelf life of several days in the refrigerator, and can be frozen without any problem for a later moment. Enjoy it, have a nice weekend!
