Arugula / Rocket Lettuce, Wild Arugula and Sandkale Nut-like salad.
Grow indoors in large pots during the winter months. Sow in the garden in rows. Germinates quickly. Thin out generously and keep moist in dry weather.
Arugula Germ'line Instructions
Soak the seeds in cold water for 15 minutes
Rinse with clean water in a sieve
Scatter the seeds in fine layers in a germination tray
Then water the sprouts 2 to 3 times a day
Germination 5 to 6 days
