Stasher bag is made of pure platinum silicone. No plastic, no BPA and BPS, but it does have the advantages of plastic. Stasher bag can be used to package food, to take snacks or lunch with you, but also to store or marinate meat, for example. Stasher prevents the growth of bacteria in the packaged food.
The Stasher bag is also very handy for taking other items with you, such as school supplies, toiletries, etc. In the kitchen, Stasher bag can be used with both heat and cold. So for freezing, but also in boiling water, sous-vide cooking or in the microwave. With the microwave it is important that the closure is kept open.
The Stasher bag closes at the top with an airtight "press-seal" closure. To close, press the air out of the Stasher bag and then press the closure firmly closed. Cleaning can be done by letting the Stasher bag wash in the top drawer of the dishwasher. A Stasher bag lasts a very long time (can be used 3000+ times).
