The natural aroma and taste are retained, giving your dishes an extra dimension. Fresh oil is not clear, but always contains sediment if it has not been stirred or shaken for a while. Depending on the ingredient and the corresponding program that is selected, the Yoda oil press takes 3-5 minutes to press oil from 100 grams of nuts / seeds. Because a 'cold pressed' technology is used, a very pure, unrefined oil comes out that retains all valuable nutrients such as enzymes, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids.

Why should you choose the Yoda electric oil press?

The Yoda oil press has seven preset programs that are very easy to use. At the touch of a button, the entire machine adjusts to the correct settings for the notes you add. The preset programs are:

Each program corresponds to 1 of the most pressed notes. If you want to press a type of nut or seed that does not have its own program, you can choose 'Mixed'. The programs differ from each other, this has to do with the structure of the ingredients and the oil percentage in the relevant ingredients. Based on this, the Yoda determines the temperature that is used to extract the oil during pressing. The Yoda oil press is, despite being heated, a cold press. The temperature of the extracted oil does not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. Although the Yoda offers cold-pressed oil, the extraction shaft can heat up to 100 degrees Celsius. This depends on the hardness of the nuts / seeds that are pressed and the program that goes with it.

Why the Yoda and not the Oleum?

Think of the Yoda as the improved version of the Oleum. With a stronger engine and 7 instead of 4 preset programs, the Yoda is diverse and meets the user's wishes even better. The oil is also less heated with the Yoda. With the Oleum this is up to 50 degrees Celsius and with the Yoda the oil never gets warmer than 40 degrees Celsius. This means that the Yoda is actually qualified as a 'cold pressed' oil press because the heating remains below 40 degrees Celsius. Finally, the control panel of the Yoda is also more extensive and is therefore easier to set up and operate.
