How do you clean the Kuvings Evo 820?
The parts of the Kuvings Evo 820 are not dishwasher safe. It is best to clean it under the tap with warm water and the accompanying brushes. If vegetable or fruit residues are stuck, you can soak the parts for a few hours in a container of warm water.

Excellent juicer. My last juicer lasted 8 years but the company does not exist anymore and I could not buy spare parts. Decided to go for a brand that will hopefully stay in business longer. I looked specifically for a juicer that can do celery though not solely. Works well and the pulp is very dry. I dont need to buy as much celery as I did! However I feel the filling point at the top is too small. I always cut my vegetables but its hard to put in because of the way the lid is hinged. I am sure I will get used to is. Cleaning is same as my old one. You have to take it apart fully and use the brush. If you do it instantly its easy. If you wait its hard as the veggie remains dry up.

- Filling point at the top smallish and lid is hinged making it harder to fill.
- Its big on my counter, fortunately I have a lot of space.
