The Wartmann WM-2110 DH has a powerful, relatively quiet fan at the back that generates a horizontal airflow over all 12 stainless steel slots. Due to the optimal distance between the fan and the trays, which is more than 15 cm, all 12 trays are very well and evenly ventilated and this sophisticated air circulation allows all food to dry optimally. The desired temperature and drying time can be set via a clear control panel on the front. The built-in timer can be set from 30 minutes to 72 hours, in 30-minute increments.

How do you clean the Wartmann WM-1912 DH Drying Oven?
The trays and drip tray are easy to clean with warm water and washing up liquid. The drying oven itself may be cleaned with a damp cloth. It is not recommended to clean the drying oven with a scouring sponge.
