Designed to fit any round or rectangular cooking vessel with a minimum detphof 16,5cm, by means of a clamp.

Working temperature 5°C to 99°C, accuracy 0,07°C. Timer adjustable from 1 minute to 99 hours.

With WiFi connection, can be controlled via the sous-vide tools app.

Multiple machines can be managed from the app. Low water level protection, device switches off when there is too little water.
