With this Hendi Smoke Gun you not only vreate a beautiful spectacle at the table, but you also give dishes such as meat, fish, vegetables, nuts and cheeses or cocktails a very special smokey flavor. Lightweight with a comfortable handle making it easy to use with one hand.

The aluminum fan chamber acts as a heat sink an cools the smoke before it is blown over the dish. The cold smoke is gentle on delicate fruits and vegetables. The Hendi Smoke Gun smokes ingredients without changing the texture or temperature. Can also be used with tea or herbs.

Single control button for 3 speeds. Removeble smoking chamber with integrated mes filter. Flexible silicone hose (50cm  long) for easy inection or, for example a glass bell jar.
