Rucola / Rocket lettuce, Wild Arugula and Sandkale Nut-like salad The taste is spicy, slightly nutty. Alfalfa is used in all kinds of dishes and on luxury sandwiches. It looks like mini bean sprouts and it is very healthy. It is packed with vegetable proteins, vitamins C, D and E and minerals.
Alfalfa Rucola Germ'line Instructions
Soak the seeds in cold water for 6 to 8 hours
Rinse with clean water in a sieve
Scatter the seeds in fine layers in a germinator
Then water the sprouts 2 to 3 times a day
Germination 5 to 6 days
Wash the sprout seeds well to remove the shell
