Shipping & Delivery
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order quickly. That’s why we clearly indicate the estimated delivery time for each item. Here’s how it works:
If you place your order before 4:00 PM on a working day and the item is in stock, it will be shipped the same day and delivered the next working day*.
If a product has a longer delivery time, it means we’ve already placed the order with our supplier and received an estimated delivery date. These products can still be ordered and are marked as "In stock" in green. If a product is not available, it cannot be ordered.
Shipping to Belgium, the Wadden Islands, or to business addresses? We ship via DPD. After placing your order, you’ll receive a track & trace code to follow your shipment.
* Exceptions: Please note that the above does not apply to:
– Products with longer delivery times
– Business deliveries
– Shipments outside the Netherlands
– Deliveries to the Wadden Islands
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and do not process or ship orders on these days.

The availability of each product is shown on our website. This information is updated in real time and reflects the actual stock in our warehouse.
Shipping costs.
Slowjuice.nl accepts orders from all over the world. All orders are shipped with DPD, and all shipping rates include VAT.
Free shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over €50 within the Netherlands and Belgium. All juicers are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium, regardless of the order total.
Is your total order amount below €50? Then the following shipping rates apply:

Note: If you are ordering from a country outside the EU, you will be responsible for any additional import duties. If your shipment is returned to us due to non-payment of the import duties, we will charge €25. We will deduct this amount from the purchase amount to be refunded to you.
