The leaves and stems of cress can be eaten raw.

You can sow indoors all year round on potting soil or any conceivable material that is clean and retains moisture. Regularly sow small amounts, so that fresh cuts can be made over and over again. When the plants are approx. 6 cm high, cut the leaves and use for salads, garnishes, sauces and on sandwiches.

Cress Germ'line Instructions

Soak the seeds in cold water for 15 minutes
Rinse with clean water in a sieve
Scatter the seeds in fine layers in a germinator
Then water the sprouts 2 to 3 times a day
Germination 8 to 12 days
